 A constructive vision for developing the petroleum sector and calls for a meeting with the Minister of Petroleum

 Petroleum: As part of the field visits conducted by Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, to inspect subsidiary companies, we affirm that this field approach reflects a true leadership vision based on direct monitoring, employee motivation, and development support at all production sites.

In the spirit of this approach, I hereby request and request a personal meeting with you to present a set of practical proposals that will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the petroleum sector and activating its environmental and administrative performance system.

I also reiterate my previous request for the establishment of a fair and transparent system for receiving certificates from distinguished individuals in the sector who have proven their academic and practical worth, in order to select young leaders based on objective criteria that ensure equal opportunities and give every hard worker their due recognition.

Many dedicated young talents have not had the opportunity to directly address you, despite their potential and the vision they possess that could effectively contribute to the future of this vital sector.

I look forward to your kind approval of the interview, praying to God to grant us all success in serving our beloved country.
